Microwave all ingredients (minus popcorn), on high for 2 minutes or until bubbly. 3 times for 1 minute each stirring in between, stir well. Pour over popcorn, fold down the bag then shake. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then shake. 2 times for 30 seconds shaking each time. Dump on 2 cookie sheets let cool and break apart.
