Week of records, some good some good, but still exercising!!!! This week a couple of my boys and I took their little sister to the gas station to get some ice cream. This was a not so good record for me getting only 8 MPH but I am sure a record for my two 6 year olds.
This week, I was talking to my brother-in-law about possibly biking in the Titletown Bike Tour . Since he is a cyclist, he was up for the 100K (62 miles). This was not what I had in mind but always up for a challenage, but am I up for the training? As you can see 10 miles a couple of times a week is not going to get me ready for 62 miles. My speed also needs to increase to keep up the the in-law. So today I tried increasing my miles, so I doulbed it! A little agressive but it was actually a really good ride. The really good news is I did not loose much speed!!!!! Keep you posted as test the waters to see if I really want to train for this.
